The project is being proposed by LFOD Northwoods, comprising Newington-based North & South Construction Services, a leading commercial, industrial, and institutional construction company, and W.L. French, a full-service contracting and environmental management firm with more than 50 years of experience providing high quality site development, soil management and environmental remediation services. The project’s engineering firm is Sanborn, Head & Associates, Inc., which has extensive experience in brownfields redevelopment and has completed a Summary Report on Dummer Yard for NH Department of Environmental Services.
